How Your Oral Health Contributes to Your General Health and Wellbeing

Source: mercola.com

Many people do not realize how their oral health can impact their total body health. But the truth is, it's very difficult to achieve high-level physical health if your dental health isn't effectively addressed.
Dr. Gerry Curatola, founder of Rejuvenation Dentistry, has over 30 years' experience in biological dentistry.
For Dr. Curatola, dentistry was a calling since childhood, but unlike most dentists, he really wanted to be "a physician of the mouth." So, after graduating from dental school in 1983, he enrolled in the country's first master's program in holistic health.
"My desire and my focus have always been to look at the mouth as the gateway to total body wellness," he says.
"Beyond that, I became very disturbed that I was a member of a profession—its organized component, the American Dental Association—that is still saying it's okay to put mercury in teeth.
In addition to that, all of the research that was emerging about fluoridation made it very clear that this wasn't the panacea for all dental problems. As a matter of fact, it's responsible for a lot of other problems that we're dealing with today."

How Your Oral Health Impacts Your Systemic Health

Thousands of studies have linked oral disease to systemic disease. Inflammation is well-known as a "ravaging" and disease-causing force, and gum disease and other oral diseases produce chronic low-grade inflammation in your body.
"This inflammation has very, very deleterious effects on just about every major organ system – from Alzheimer's to stroke, heart disease, and diabetes," Dr. Curatola explains.
Advanced periodontal disease or gum disease can raise your risk of a fatal heart attack up to 10 times. According to Dr. Curatola, if you get a heart attack related to periodontal or gum disease, nine times out of 10, it will actually kill you.
There's also a 700 percent higher incidence of type 2 diabetes among those with gum disease, courtesy of the inflammatory effects of unbalanced microflora in your mouth. But how does the microflora in your mouth cause inflammation, you might ask?
When the bacteria that cause tooth decay and gum disease enter into your circulatory system, it causes your liver to release C-reactive proteins, which has inflammatory effects in the entire circulatory system.
"There's a very, very close connection. As I said, the mouth is the gateway to total body wellness. That is an accurate statement that's well-accepted today," Dr. Curatola says.
Rejuvenation Dentistry, founded by Dr. Curatola in 2006, was created as a model for the future practice of dentistry. The model recognizes that dentists often see patients more frequently than most other healthcare practitioners, and can play a much more significant role in people's health than they do currently.
"[Patients] come in for regular checkups and cleanings. And we should be screening... In the mouth, we can diagnose a host of systemic problems.
There are some estimates that up to 80 percent of systemic disease have manifestations in the mouth – everything from blood problems, even leukemia, diabetes, other fungal and bacterial infections that have systemic components," he says.

The Importance of Your Oral Microbiome

Part and parcel of oral health is attending to your oral microbiome. Achieving oral health is really about promoting balance among the bacteria in your mouth. And contrary to popular belief, antimicrobial agents and alcohol mouthwashes designed to "kill bad bacteria" actually do far more harm than good.
The oral microbiome, while connected to the gut microbiome, is quite unique. Most importantly, it has a protective component that protects you from deadly viruses and bacteria in the environment. The second function of the oral microbiome is the beginning of digestion.
"When we look at the oral microbiome, it's an essential component of the salivary immune system; it aids in digestion, and it even makes vitamins. We are looking at ways to promote oral microbiome homeostasis.
When we do that, we see amazing things happen, so amazing that you might not get the flu this winter... [I]mmune competence is a very important first line of defense, and that immune competence starts in the mouth."
Interestingly, probiotics do not work in the mouth, so it's not as simple as adding more beneficial microbes. As an initial step, you need to cease killing microbes in your mouth.
"[P]athogens have been redefined since the Human Microbiome Project (HMP) in 2002. Pathogens are now being recognized as resident microbes that are out of balance," Dr. Curatola explains.
”When they’re under attack, they hunker down, they flick a switch... What we’re recognizing is that the same bacteria that keep us alive can have a pathogenic expression when disturbed. I have been kind of tooting the horn about getting out of the 'pesticide business.' I’m also speaking about natural pesticides.
Not just triclosan, clorhexidine, and those synthetic types, but also tea tree oil, tulsi oil, oregano oil and other antimicrobial oils that, albeit they’re herbal, they have a potent disturbing effect on the oral microbiome
In the mouth, you don’t want to have a 'scorched earth policy' or nuking all the bacteria and hoping the good bugs come back.
What we found in our research is that good bugs basically have a harder chance of setting up a healthy-balanced microbiome when you disturb them, denature them, or dehydrate them with alcohol-based products."

Nutrition and Homeopathy

So what are the alternatives? Certain nutrients are very important for optimal gum health. Vitamin C is one; Coenzyme Q10 is another. CoQ10 is a critical cofactor in the Krebs cycle, which is how energy is created in your cells. Bleeding gums, for example, often exhibit a deficiency of CoQ10.
There are also a number of homeopathic tissue salts that can be beneficial for oral health, including:
  • Silica
  • Calcarea fluorica (calc fluor) or calcium fluoride
  • Calcium phosphate
  • Calcium carbonate

Why Fluoride Is Not Recommended for Dental Health

Calcium fluoride should not be confused with the chemical formulation of sodium fluoride, which is toxic. Sodium fluoride is the kind found in toothpaste, which carries a poison warning. This stems back to the 1980s with the introduction of a popular bubble gum flavored commercial toothpaste that led to a 280 percent increase in child fatalities from fluoride poisoning. As it turned out, there was more than enough chemical fluoride in a full-sized tube to kill a young child.
It took 10 years, but finally in 1998 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) mandated a poison warning be placed on toothpaste, stating that children should be supervised, and to limit toothpaste to a pea-sized amount. If more than that is swallowed, you're advised to contact Poison Control Center immediately. Fluoride over-exposure from toothpaste, fluoridated water, and other sources, has led to a virtual epidemic of fluoride damage. At present, four out of 10 adolescents in the US have fluoride-damaged teeth—a condition known as dental fluorosis.
"[F]luoride was promoted because it stimulates remineralization of teeth. What they didn't look at is what type of mineral is left in that tooth—it's a mineral known as fluorapatite... Fluorapatite is very hard. It's like a porcelain plate; I can't scratch it, but if I bang it on this counter, it would break in a million pieces... [Natural] teeth and bones are made of hydroxyapatite... We now have teeth and bones that are fluorapatite," Dr. Curatola explains.
"Skeletal fluorosis has also become a big concern. We have an exponential rate of hip fractures. A lot of doctors and scientists have been pointing to the fact that teeth and bones are less flexible as fluorapatite than hydroxyapatite. This is aside from all the controversy in terms of fluoridated water lowering IQ, kidney disease, and cancer..."

The Case for Oil Pulling

Dr. Curatola’s clinical and experimental experience over the last 30 years suggests that most toothpastes should be avoided. As a substitute, you need to have a good nutritional program for systemic health, along with an oral rinse that specifically nourishes your oral microbiome. He also recommends oil pulling, using coconut oil, noting that: “If you don’t want to use toothpaste right now and you don’t have a good nutritional that promotes oral microbiome homeostasis, coconut oil pulling is great.”
Coconut oil pulling has a lipophilic effect, helping to eliminate unhealthy biofilm from your teeth. And while it has a natural detergent effect, it doesn't do the damage that chemical detergents do. Coconut oil also contains a number of valuable nutrients that help promote oral health. Another tip: If you want a healthy oral care rinse, Dr. Curatola suggests rinsing with some Himalayan salt dissolved in water, as it contains more than 85 different microminerals.

Optimizing Your Nutrition Is Key for Oral Health

It's also worth noting that while probiotics do not have a direct effect on your oral microbiome, addressing your gut flora can indeed make a big difference in your oral health. I used to be severely challenged with plaque—so much so I required very frequent visits to the dental hygienist just to keep up with it. Once I started adding fermented vegetables regularly to my diet however, the plaque buildup was dramatically reduced.
"You have to think about promoting balance," Dr. Curatola reminds us. "We've looked at organic gardening and the environment around us and even eating organic foods. I'd like everyone to think about doing 'organic gardening' in the mouth. The way you do that is through a strong, healthy, and balanced nutritional protocol. I call it triple-A nutrition – alkalizing, antioxidant-rich, and anti-inflammatory. People should know what nutritional factors are inflammatory. There are inflammatory triggers, whether it's gluten, dairy, and a number of others. They can vary for different individuals."
In addition to an alkalizing, antioxidant-rich, and anti-inflammatory diet, he recommends eliminating detergent-based products such as toothpaste and antibacterial and alcohol-based mouthwashes. Again, it's important to remember that your mouth is an organ that protects your body from dangerous infections and disease—provided it's nourished enough to do its job. Antiquated, Nonsensical, and Dangerous: Enforcing Obsolete Standards

Source: lewrockwell.com

If there’s one thing the government is good at, it’s inhibiting progress and halting modernization. “Stop in the name of the law” is not just a cute phrase, it’s the standard government response to the world working to advance forward.  A review of obsolete laws and standards still enforced today is a healthy reminder of this fact.
Let’s begin with a few hypothetical questions to ponder about.  What if you took your car in to your local service station for some repairs and the law required your mechanic to use a vehicle repair manual that was 10 years old. How would you feel about that?
Imagine if you were sick and went to the doctor, and the law required your doctor to utilize a 15 year old medical manual for diagnosing your condition? Would that make you feel better?
Imagine if your computer broke down and the computer repair shop was required by law to utilize a 20 year old computer manual for maintenance and repair?  Would that even do you any good?
Those may be silly questions and we all are thankful that the government doesn’t require such things (at least not right now), but how many of us know that our homes and offices all across the country are being built and maintained under very old and obsolete standards?  The fact is that building regulation is pretty much exclusively controlled by government, government which happens to be extremely slow to react to new and modern methods of building and construction.  The process of updating government building codes is so slow that many jurisdictions around the country are still enforcing codes that are 10-20 years old!
For example, if you happen to live in San Diego, California, and are planning to build yourself a home, you are required to build your new home according to the 1997 Uniform Housing Code (http://www.sandiego.gov/nccd/housing/enforcement.shtml), a 17-year old manual regulating home building and construction.  If you feel that your home would be better served if it were constructed according to a more modern edition, you don’t have that choice, because the law says the 1997 code is correct, and none other.
There are other smaller cities and counties across the country where today, in the year 2014, you are required to build your home according to the 1994 Uniform Housing Code, a 20 year old manual on home building.  And, unfortunately, you can’t do anything about it, because that’s the law, and the law doesn’t recognize anything newer.  Sure, you can attempt to construct your home using modern guides and publications, but if something in those modern guides conflicts with an obsolete rule in the 1994 code, you can get fined or ticketed for the criminal offense of constructing your home in violation of the law.
Even the City of New York runs obsolete standards.  It took the politicians running New York until 2008 to finally get rid of the 1968 code which they had been enforcing for 40 years, periodically revising certain sections in what ultimately became a mess of old and new conflicting standards confusing many architects, engineers and contractors all over the city for decades.  The preface to the 2008 code (http://www2.iccsafe.org/states/newyorkcity/Building/PDFs/Preface.pdf), published by the City of New York states as much:
“The 1968 revisions reflect the last comprehensive update of New York City’s building construction laws. Predictably, they had begun to show their limitations. Obsolete provisions remained on the books, conflicting amendments became loopholes for industry to navigate, and new technologies and construction practices that had become industry standards were noticeably absent. Significant amendments over the years tended to be reactions to unfortunate events rather than comprehensive revisions.
“Recognizing these problems, in November 2002, Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg signed Executive Order No. 30, creating an advisory commission to study the feasibility of adopting a model code for the City.”
Of course the politicians all congratulated themselves for solving this problem, without even realizing that it’s a problem they created in the first place.  No private company or organization would survive if they insisted on using 40 year old standards in a competing market.  Only the government with its monopoly powers and inability to react to market signals can do this, to the detriment of the people they are purportedly serving.
This brings us to the point of this article, which is that governments simply do not have the ability to keep current with technological advancements in any industry, including the building and construction industry.  By forcing aged and aging standards on the industry and refusing to let the market develop and advance in the most efficient way, governments are impeding progress and slowing down technological advancement and innovation.  The mind can’t help but wonder about what kind of high-quality building would be the norm today if not held back by governments and their control over building during the last 50-100 years.

The Image of the State: How History Becomes Propaganda… and Doesn’t Make Sense

Source: lewrockwell.com

As much as I love history now, I found it a confused jumble when I was in school. I was able to memorize the dates and events (for whatever that was worth), but I could find no depth to anything I was taught: it had no meaning, no purpose, no clarity.
I spent decades digging through books and museums before I located the problem, which is this: The history you were taught in school wasn’t exactly a lie, but it was selectively presented. Useful facts were presented to you and less useful facts were excluded.
The big question, of course, is this: Who decided what was “useful”?
In the case of schoolbooks, the answer to the “who decided” question is simple: The group that paid for the books.
As a result, textbooks present the history that makes government look good. The government pays for all those books, after all. And since private schools typically end up using the same books, their students are affected right along with the kids in government schools.
The truth is that history books are written to justify the rulership of their place and time. That’s precisely the wrong way to write history, of course: mandating that the past must justify our current way of life, then fitting facts into that framework.
In other words, nearly all textbooks support a specific political conclusion. And since most authors and editors dare not deviate from the norm, privately produced history books usually toe that same line.
But the important fact here is not that governments do bad things—it’s that we’ve never been exposed to the great lessons and truths of history. Our intellects have been robbed.
I’m doing my part to republish those lessons and truths in my newsletter, but my reach—especially compared to textbooks—is microscopically small.
So for today, I want to do two things:
  1. Explain why governments have to manipulate history.
  1. Give you a few examples of how it happens.
Legitimization Is Job #1 for Government
Governments have no choice but to mold history, and the reason is simple: legitimization is indispensable to them. The populace must believe that supporting government (giving it their wealth and blood) is a higher and more important concern than their own lives. Without this, government would have to survive on fear and pain alone… and that isn’t a winning proposition.
So, convincing people to spend their lives servicing government is job number one for any successful state. This has always been true, whether the state in question was a monarchy, theocracy, democracy, socialist republic, or whatever.
And among the best ways to secure long-term legitimacy is to train the populace to see the current regime as the necessary and obvious end of human development. And that requires history to lead to this glorious present.
For example, the Goths, trying to replace the Romans as the lords of Europe, promoted their own creation myth, saying that their race began at the battle of Troy—the same place the history of Rome was said to have begun. The story was a ridiculous fraud, but they promoted it, and their people believed it just the same. The story associated the Goths with Rome, making them their logical successors.
But the lie of the Goths did even more than to make their rule look like an inevitable development—it allowed their people to elevate themselves in importance, and that has an instinctive draw, no matter how patently false the story may be.
The same self-praise trick continues throughout the world today. Frenchmen are given reasons to think that they (and their state) are superior. Italians are given reasons why they’re special, and so on. We’re repetitively trained in this (mostly at school) with pledges, anthems, and patriotic stories. This goes on in more or less every political entity on the planet. It isnecessary to effective rulership.
Truth Is an Also-Ran
Truth, as compared to the urgent need of state legitimacy, is an also-ran when it comes to history textbooks—a minor concern. The great modern example of this is the Armenian Genocide.
This horrifying event was nearly written out of American textbooks, as well as those of many other nations. Truth has been sacrificed in order to keep the bosses of Turkey happy.
Since it was the Turkish hierarchy that ordered and/or allowed the Armenian Genocide, they’d rather that the event vanished from history. And since Turkey sits in such a strategic place, the US and many others are quite willing to squash the truth if it will please the Turkish rulers.
I’ve spent decades in the publishing industry, and I happened to work with one of the editors who was forced to make these alterations. He was at his desk one day when his phone rang. The voice on the other end introduced himself as an official of the US State Department. My friend asked him what he could possibly want. “It’s about the history book you’re editing,” the man said. “We need you to cut back the section on the Armenian genocide.”
My friend was horrified and complained that it was the true history. “Yes,” said the man, “but we need to keep the Turks happy.” My friend’s 2-3 pages on the Armenian Genocide was reduced to 2-3 paragraphs, and it was a triumph that he got that much space.
This story is hardly unique, but most people involved learn to shut up about their stories—they cause too much trouble, and most people don’t want to know anyway.
Institutionalized Legitimization
The modification of history, however, is done indirectly more than directly. The educational institutions of the West are effectively government agencies; their money and approval to operate comes from government—and everyone involved knows it. As a result, they keep their areas of inquiry in line with what makes their employers happy.
College students know very well that voicing the wrong political opinions can take a solid point off their GPA, and it can be horrifying to hear how grad students are treated. Likewise, if the professors begin to step out of line, they are quickly (and unpleasantly) brought into conformity.
For example, nearly all anthropology and archeology programs are deeply focused on “state formation.” The state is at the center of their theories, their investigations, and their conclusions. To write a contrary paper would be career suicide.
I suspect that government officials rather seldom need to call universities the way they called my friend at a private publishing house. At this point, there really isn’t any need. The legitimization of government is de rigueur throughout the entire Western academy, and most of the Eastern academy with it. It’s just the way things are done these days.
And…
And that’s why history never really made sense. Making sense wasn’t a primary concern.
It wasn’t that you were stupid.

The Land of Don’t

Source: beforeitsnews.com

by Zen Gardner
“The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws.” – Cornelius Tacitus (55 – 117 A.D.)
Everything on our planet is regulated – as in ruled by law.  Whether they be outright laws, local ordinances or any type of restrictions, in not just physical activity but also social rules over interactions. Under the guise of so-called democratic societies giving the impression that we agreed to all of this or even thought it up for ourselves, we now live seriously restricted lives, with the penalty of fines or incarceration looming over our heads if we don’t obey.
It’s all about control. Carefully manipulated control.
To regulate means: “to control or direct by a rule, principle, method, etc.” When you identify just how un-free we are to live, think and operate as we are naturally intended to, it can be quite a wake up call. Most people can see this to some extent, but the full on reality of this imposed prison on humanity needs to dawn on a heck of a lot more souls. The matrix concept is no joke – it’s an insidious yoke upon the human soul, trapping and sapping our very energy while spellbinding humanity with its giant jumbotron of deliberate misinformation.
5834_parks-bg

The Mounting World of Regulations
Just look at any set of regulatory rules. They’re beyond natural description. The US IRS code alone would fill up over 80,000 legal pages of rules and regulations for the falsely entrapped American, binding them to conditions and stipulations that boggle the mind. Or just try to build a house, or buy property, or start a business and the paper work is beyond surreal between the legal contracts, banking conditions, zoning issues and on and on.
Try to enjoy a public park or any such facility, and the rules will be full frontal. Don’t do this, don’t do that, “punishable by…..”
The conditioning is intense, and has been carefully sculpted to encroach on humanity for millennia, but now much more than ever. The inquisition was mild compared to the control power of this massive programmed legal and social grid thrown over humankind. We need to be aware of the extent of it and not blinded by the sugar coated glitz and glamor and flashy ads and products. Just walk through a supermarket or down a city street – it makes “They Live” look tame once you see through it.
Their True Agenda
We’re seeing this aspect put squarely in our faces via predictive, esoteric and occult programming. If you haven’t seen this movie yet it’s worth the watch. It’s quite the confessional, along the lines of “They Live” about the deeper realities behind this surface programming and mental conditioning. As the public imbibes and accepts these realities they are unwittingly accepting, endorsing and empowering way more than they bargained for.
That’s the deeper aspect of spiritual contracts which we’ll get into more in the near future.
Branded

Always a Can’t, Never a Can
Their message is never empowering, but always disempowering. It’s not what you CAN do, it’s what you CAN’T do. Restrict, bind, inhibit, control. That’s their agenda and it’s on us full frontal. The behavior of those around us is testament to this. Once you wake up to it it’s shocking.
Look around you – read your labels and advisories on anything in print, on line or in public – it’s never empowering, always qualifying their intention to protect themselves while putting the onus on you, the consumer or participant, to stay within the “guidelines” and not step over the boundaries.
The real problem now is people are accustomed to it. After decades of  mental infringement, the general mind set is to yield and obey and acquiesce in the face of these limitations imposed by “authorities”. A very sad “state” indeed. The sheeple-ization seems to have been a success to a large degree.
But not for me. Or you.
Pavlovian Entrainment Takes A Toll
Stimulus-response mechanisms when repeated over and over entrain the mind and hence behavior. It may appear obvious at the time or even in retrospect, but understanding the depth of the programming can be disconcerting. From school buzzers and bells between classes, fire alarms, honking horns, warning signs, flashing emergency lights, everything interrupted by ads and commercials, signs with “don’t” instructions, threats of violent police reprisals and the like, it takes a toll.
Then add to the mix pop culture and its many mind steering attitudes and perverse inclinations.
The key concept of the social engineers is conditioning. Repeat repeat repeat. Be they lies, misrepresentations, omissions, violent images, scare tactics, just keep the barrage going is their MO.
As long as the herd mentality stays pinned to the matrix wall they’re happy. That’s why shirking the whole thing is so important. It can’t be a partial break with this evilly intentioned insanity. It needs to be a clean break. Every one of those tendrils sapping our life force and direction, attention as well as intention is lethal.
Just as their insane worldwide plan of decimation is designed to literally kill off humanity and transform humans into a different, more easily subservient entity on a deliberately eviscerated planet, so this social and so-called legal slavery enhancement and reinforcement is eroding humanity by our continued exposure to it.
se-wp

Incremental Encroachment
They’re very clever, and very patient. Bathing humanity in their concoction of social and physical engineering has been playing out a long, long time. We’re at the apex of their attempt to put the clamps on the planet so anything goes now with these psychopaths. They assume humanity has been so dumbed down by their social, spiritual and physical programs that they have free reign to do as they please with absolute impunityas if that hasn’t been the case all along, but now it’s full frontal and for all to see in our interconnected world.
The programmed mass media mush is full on evidence of this at any level you care to perceive it.
The United States of Amerika is the primary target for decimation, but it’s really an idea they’re killing. The UK, Canada and Australia as well as many other countries are parallel targets having this “freedom disease” and are going under as we speak as they bow to the globalist agenda. Way too many alive and motivated individuals in those countries that may cause trouble. Besides, in their plan the “American dream” has been a beacon of freedom and empowerment for far too long and needs to be taken down and erased as a distant memory in the body politic. Revisionist and blocked out history have served them well, but individual rights and freedoms must now be stamped out. Not for the world they’ve designed.
That’s how they see it. Sick psychopaths on a very sick warpath. It really comes down to wake up—or pay the price.
Will We Wake Up?
That’s the ultimate question. We’re being sickened, abnormalized and driven to distorted mind sets and eventual capitulation one day at a time. That people can’t see it is the most disconcerting reality to any even partially awakened individual. It can appear pretty bleak once you catch on but just keep pursuing. There’s an underlying way greater reality waiting to be revealed to you.
The fact is, people are awakening at an incremental and even exponential rate, grasping the simplest of tactics being waged against their way of life. It may appear political at first, but it evolves as they pursue the deeper ramifications of what’s going on and why.
That’s cool. And we need to encourage it.
The point is empowerment, taking control of our immediate situation and personal direction is what it’s all about. And one changed life and voice against tyranny and dystopian control represents and encourages so very many others. Most of all, the solution on each of our parts is to unsubscribe. Detach, let go of your legal and moral obligations to any such usurping entities be they by birth, financial, social or spiritual contract. Break them, and be free.
They’re fraudulent. Just step away.
freekidi
Conclusion – Break Your Contracts and Bust Out!
Forget the restrictions and shirk the programming at every level – grow your own food, collect your own water, speak your own words, live your own dreams, share your own truth. The collapsing system of control is in a downward spiral and furiously attempting to exact every possible restriction on human life and expression. Why isn’t this more evident to the masses? Because they’ve been cowed into submission while their hunger and desires are being channeled into televised events and day to day drudgery as they slave to make a living in this very system they think they cannot afford to challenge.
A closed loop of control. Until we wake up to it.
Once we get it, the shackles come off. That’s what people are nervous about stepping into. Freedom for most is very frightening, and not necessarily something to be desired, unless virtually experienced at a football game as they salute the flag and get all weird, patriotic and high on displaced emotions.
Take heart from the growing Lose the Name movement where people are getting free and standing tall in the reality of already having overcome. It might seem a bit foreign and simplistic at first, but dig deeper. That’s the real space to operate from. When we truly wake up we realize we’re not subject to all these fraudulent laws, licenses, and “certificates of registration” unless we allow them to govern us. They really only apply to the false legal entity they attached to us at birth which is not even us! The whole system is basically a convoluted con job and only works because people subject themselves to it.
Such is the matrix. But we are overcoming just by our conscious awareness and spreading of enlightened information and then acting on what we learn. There’s a lot more to be done to effect the changes we need at the grass roots level, but awakening to the reality of our situation and what powers lay at our fingertips to arise in our true form is all important. From there we find perspective and true freedom and derive strength and resolve to reach others in whatever manner we can.
But we must get there first and operate from there. That’s the key.
Cut your contracts of all sorts and steer clear of the programming – live for what you know is true, honest, loving and needed.
And keep on keeping on! If you think you haven’t found it yet, you haven’t. Keep on, and you will, and you’ll know!
Much love,
Zen
