A CASE FOR CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATION INTO: BILL GATES FUNDING OF BOKO HARAM IN NIGERIA AND BREACH OF BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS ANTI-TERRORISM ACT (BWATA)
We the Global Prolife Alliance (GPA) hereby submit this petition against Bill Gates for funding Boko Haram in Nigeria and terrorism in other African Countries and for use of ‘Biological weapons’ in contravention of the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act (BWATA) 1989.
Executive Summary
The Global Prolife Alliance (GPA) is requesting that the United States Congress, European Union Parliament, Nigerian National Assembly, International Criminal Court and national parliaments around the World begin investigations into Bill Gates funding of Boko Haram in Nigeria, terrorism in Kenya, Central African Republic, Chad, Mali and South Sudan and for use of Biological Weapons against Africans and Black African Americans in breach of the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act (BWATA) 1989, misrepresented as GMOs and vaccines. The relevant sections of the law include Sections 175 on ‘Prohibition with respect to biological weapons’ and Section 178 on ‘Definition’ of ‘biological agent’ that includes Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) that cause disease and deterioration of food and environment, vaccines used as toxins that cause disease in humans particularly Black African Americans and Africans. Under Section 176 2 (b) of BWATA, there is forfeiture and seizure of property which constitutes means (including financial) that facilitates the delivery of biological agents. BWATA is an international treaty and there is extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense under these sections of BWATA committed by or against a national of the United States. Trials in many nations are warranted to uncover the widespread plot and those implicated in different countries.
FACTS FINDING: BILL GATES GLOBAL STRATEGY
Therapeutic Cloning drives Human Egg Donations: The Vision of Bill Gates is to be the first man to fully dominate the World in all respects. How would this be achieved? First, with his 90% domination of the computer software market, he would need 90% domination of Biotechnology especially GMOs foods, hence the Monsanto acquisition who already has 90% dominance of the GMOs crops. His strive to acquire nuclear energy technology will give him the capability to acquire nuclear weapons. Bill Gates needs to cause failed states in Africa to provide the territory and natural resources required. He acquired almost all university start-up companies in the embryonic stem cell industry. The embryonic stem cell research and biotechnology industry would be worth $30 trillion U.S. dollars, which is one-third of the World economy should they perfect therapeutic cloning and GMOs. Bill Gates owns much of the embryonic stem cell industry (http://www.businessweek.com/printer/articles/246164-bill-gates-s-other- passion?type=old_article ). It is this prospect of $30 trillion USD to be earned, that got his fellow billionaires, G7 heads of states to agree to work with Bill Gates to use UN agencies to deceive African Heads of States to provide their own people as the experimental ‘guinea pigs’ for the Biotechnology companies to develop therapeutic cloning. However, the main obstacle is the process called Somatic Cell Nuclear transfer (SCNT) in which the nucleus of the organ you want to make is taken and transferred to the human ovarian egg without a nucleus and then cultured in a medium to yield the organ desired, be it heart, kidney or other organs. This is what is called therapeutic cloning. However, investigators would need 100 million human ovarian eggs per year for about five years at least to perfect this technology. The use of human ovarian eggs for these experiments is banned in all Western Countries. But there are no guarantees for embryonic stem cell research. However, adult stem cell research has been successful. The human ovarian eggs have to come from outside destination, from Africa! Hence the UN agencies and Western donor agencies with funding from Bill Gates went ahead to bribe corrupt African politicians to pass legislation that would allow human egg donation and organ pouching from Africans for export of human embryos to European and American laboratories to be killed in the Genocidal Biological Colonialism of Africa! Examples of these legislations are the Maputo Protocol and its domesticated versions of Gender and Equality Law, Violence Against Persons Law, New National Constitutions (Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa and others) that allow abortions all through nine months of pregnancy and the National Health Bill 2014 in Nigeria. The African women donating these eggs would die from ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (cancer, liver failure, kidney failure, infections, infertility) just a few years later. It is estimated that in Nigeria, at least ten million poor Nigerian women would die. Across Africa, it is expected that another 20 million women of child-bearing age would die from effects of forced egg-donation for food! At the end of this Biological Colonialism, the biotechnology companies owned by members of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation would have enough human ovarian eggs to accomplish the therapeutic cloning but leaving millions of women of child-bearing age from Nigeria and other African countries dead. The African holocaust and population extinction!
Vaccines for Death and Disability
The Bill Gates/Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI) partnership targets vaccine-based sterilization programs. The Bill Gates funded 2.4 million doses of Human Papilloma virus (HPV) Gardasil (for 6, 11, 16 & 18) and Cervarix (for 16 & 18) which do not cover HPV infections in Black African Americans and Black Africans, who in contrast to whites have HPV types (33, 35, 58, 68) different from the HPV types (16, 18) dominant in whites and covered by the HPV vaccines. However, the rationale for the use of the vaccines in Blacks is that, it would cause female and male infertility because of their respective solvents Polysorbate 80 or Tween 80 for Gardasil and Shark Oil for Cervarix, see (http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/813365_print ), (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8473002?dopt=Abstract ), shark oil is used for sterilizing dogs. Infertility in 2.4 million Africans would increase the number of couples seeking In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), where the ovarian eggs and sperms would be ‘pouched’ for sale to biotechnology laboratories for embryonic stem cell research. It is not surprising that, even at current levels, Nigeria has the infamous position as the largest exporter of human ovarian eggs to the detriment of the health of their women of child-bearing age. This is due to an active network of IVF clinics involved in human-ovarian egg trafficking built by the Western companies Nordica and London Bridge Hospital according to a 2006 European Parliament Policy Report by Tutkova. Hence, Nigeria has one of the highest maternal mortality ratios in the World, due in part mostly to poor obstetrical services, the many induced medical abortions and now human ovarian egg ‘pouching’. Furthermore, vaccines for Meningitis (MenAfriVac) caused paralysis in 50 children in Gouro, Chad in 2012 out of 500 vaccinated, and they still remain paralyzed with no help from their government or any other organizations. Bill Gates Polio vaccine paralyzes more African children than the natural wild-type Polio virus. In India, there are 47,500 cases of paralyses induced by the Polio vaccine, as against none by the natural wild-type Polio virus. Similarly, in Africa, the threat of paralysis in African children is more as a result of Bill Gates’ Polio vaccine or the Bill Gates’ meningitis (MenAfriVac) vaccine than any naturally occurring viral disease! These facts, therefore underscore the misuse of vaccines by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to cause disease in otherwise healthy individuals rather than save lives. Given that the vaccines used by Bill Gates are live attenuated viruses or synthetic ones, which could become active at some point in the future, we may see a pandemia of vaccine induced paralysis as a result. We would have a continent of several hundreds of millions of paralyzed African people, and same may also occur in India, Pakistan and Afghanistan!
Bill Gates Buys Blackwater Private Army known locally as Boko Haram and Al- Shabab
In 2009, Bill Gates acquired the private mercenary army business of former CIA directors called Blackwater later called Xe-Services and then Academi. Bill Gates purchased Blackwater for two hundred million USD ($200m) paid through Bank of America (http://www.voltairenet.org/article179691.html ). According to eyewitness accounts, Blackwater immediately began in 2009 with recruitment of the private combatants from Charles Taylor’s army in Liberia (http://www.counterpunch.org/2009/04/06/blackwater-in- liberia/print ) and also in the Sierra-Leone (http://www.theamericanconservative.com/blackwater-xe-scours-war-torn-africa-for-new- hires/ ). The training facilities used include that at ‘a key hub of the U.S. Africa spying network in Ouagadougou (WAH-gah-DOO-goo), the flat, sun-baked capital of Burkina Faso, one of the most impoverished countries in Africa, according to Washington Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/us-expands-secret-intelligence- operations-in-africa/2012/06/13/gJQAHyvAbV_story.html ). This purchase of Blackwater coincided with the very deadly atrocities of Boko Haram in Nigeria and Al-Shabab in Kenya, which began about five years ago. Bill Gates and Monsanto after their merger used the name BOKO HARAM for the new private army outfit operations as a camouflage to operate undetected under the prejudice of Islamic militancy. The Bill Gates’ Boko Haram forces comprising of recruits from Liberia, Sierra-Leone, Mali and Niger, gained access into the remote areas of Northern Nigeria under the disguise of Polio Eradication Program and GMOs farms set up by Monsanto in the North Eastern States, and are known to locals as the ECOMOG boys. The Boko Haram moved about unsearched because they used UN vehicles for vaccination and had free access to schools, where they would latter attack, burn, kill and kidnap school girls.
WHAT FACTS LINK BILL GATES DIRECTLY TO BOKO HARAM OPERATIONS?
Most of the evidence against Bill Gates were provided by his interview to a Nigerian newspaper, Daily Trust, on June 13th 2013 (http://allafrica.com/stories/201306131512.html?viewall=1 ), where he answered questions on the Bill and Malinda Gates Foundation plans to help Nigeria in Agriculture. First, the manner of effective Boko Haram operations shows that, they are combat ready military personnel that use aerial surveys of the region to map and detect positions of the Nigerian military and evade them. Bill Gates by his own admission used high-resolution satellite images to map the areas in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa in the North East zone which is the ‘food basket of Nigeria’, but under a State of Emergency, he said ‘we studied the peoples’ migratory patterns’. However, these areas are under high military combat operations at the time, and a foreign organization was using ‘High Resolution Spy Satellites’ to monitor the area! This under Nigerian Law and U.S. Law is military espionage by a foreign organization. They mapped military combat positions and used it to plan attacks and evade the Nigerian military detection. Boko Haram took hostages with ease and used roads, where aerial surveys provided by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation showed no military check points. Secondly, Boko Haram finds and kills the farmers at precise locations outside population areas in farms and evade the Nigerian military check points. They must have knowledge of aerial survey and pin-point locations of small groups of farmers at a time. Bill Gates donated cell phones with near-field communication technology (NFC), a customized technology not yet licensed for use in Nigeria, with precise GPS mapping system, given to 1.5 million farmers in the North-east zone for so-called agricultural credit (called electronic wallets). Elsewhere in the World, this is done with agro-credit coupons, because it does not make sense to have rural dwellers charge cell phones when they do not have electricity, except when you tell them there is money in the phones that they have to keep it on. The real purpose was to precisely detect the where-about of these farmers, so as to select them as soft targets in secluded areas to be killed by the Bill Gates’ Boko Haram teams disguising now as ‘Fulani Herdsmen’. These are truly ‘electronic wallets of death’. The idea is that, since the children of these farmers are attacked and killed or kidnapped in schools and cannot study, the farmers cannot farm either, they will move away from the area and stop farming. They would go into a life of destitution and economic slavery. Faced with famine and high food prices the Nigerian Government will call on Bill Gates/Monsanto to bring in their farm plantations for GMOs to take over the food production in Nigeria. There are frequent televised delegations of visitors to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture of foreign companies seeking to plant GMOs crops in Nigeria. Has Bill Gates/Monsanto been this wicked to farmers elsewhere? Yes, in India, the Bill Gates/Monsanto GMOs Cotton skyrocketed from FREE at onset to the cost of 1200 rupees. Over 250,000 farmers who could not meet the costs committed suicide, the largest in world history. The GMOs companies of Bill Gates and Monsanto are moving in with plantations of GMOs crops in Nigeria through the aid of the Minister of Agriculture Dr Akinwumi Adesina, who without any enabling laws licensed GMOs crops under the fake label of ‘improved seedlings’, including the infamous toxic Cassava Bread with 40% GMOs Bill Gates’ Yellow Cassava. There are no published safety studies in acute animal and human experiments on the safety testing of GMOs Bill Gates’ Yellow Cassava in any reputable peer-reviewed journal. The only study showing ‘high protein gene zeolin in cassava’ funded by Bill Gates was retracted for being a scientific forgery in the journal PloS One. Using the North-east as a base with no local farmers as competitors, they would sell the GMOs crops at first, at low prices to dominate the market for cassava, rice, maize, tomatoes, millet, sorghum and vegetables. Within just two years, the entire food security of the Federal Republic of Nigeria would be in the hands of Bill Gates. Bill Gates can control prices, engineer supply and demand and even cause famine to create situations of ‘Egg for Food Program’, in which mothers are told to donate their ovarian eggs for food to feed their children. The so-called biotechnology transfer agreement between the Federal Government of Nigeria and Monsanto shows how much they lack information and remain naive about the Bill Gates’ intentions and almost in total denial of the captive state of Nigeria in the hands of Bill Gates. The deception and illegal introduction of the Monsanto Genetically Modified (GMOs) Cassava, Yam, Maize, Sorghum and all our staple foods across Africa have mortgaged our Food Security into the hands of Bill Gates, the real owner of Monsanto. According to the UN and United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) (http://www.ers.usda.gov/ersDownloadHandler.ashx?file=/media/259028/aer810_1_.pdf ), GMOs do not increase crop yield. But could be harmful to health and environment as mono- crops, hence, GMOs are banned in many European countries. The agricultural policy of the Federal Government of Nigeria has gone too far wrong! Can you imagine if Nigeria and actually the entire ECOWAS banned all forms of GMOs crops and dangerous pesticides? Our highly priced ‘Healthy Organic Foods’ would dominate the markets in Europe, China and the Americas bringing in foreign currency for local farmers and revolutionizing financing in agriculture not from Bill Gates’ ‘electronic wallets of death’ for agro-credits but from foreign earnings of farmers turning into millionaires. This will attract younger people into farming creating millions of high earning jobs. The present agricultural policy has become the Terminator for Indigenous Agriculture in Nigeria. President Jonathan has to reject it for our National interest! Third, the purchase of Monsanto initial 500,000 shares by Bill Gates can be verified. Bill Gates stakes in Monsanto have since risen. Fourth, Bill Gates purchase of Blackwater as a private army can be verified. Fifth, Blackwater recruitment of combatants from Liberia and Sierra-Leone from the Charles Taylor’s army that fought Nigeria as the ECOMOG peace-keeping forces can be verified in Liberia, Sierra-Leone, Nigeria and Kenya. The President of the Republic of Liberia, Johnson Sirleaf, had to impose an ineffective ban to stop the Blackwater recruitment in Liberia. In Kenya, the Bill Gates’ militants answer Al-Shabab, as a disguise. Congress should be interested in what a Billionaire Philanthropist is doing with a private army of his own in Nigeria?
Bill Gates Hostile Activities Against Human Rights Activists
Bill Gates is fighting to keep the World from knowing the truth. Bill Gates operates using local dictators willing to subdue their own people to slavery for their corrupt practices and misrule. Bill Gates has many allies in corrupt politicians in Nigeria. Free thinking human rights activists are their first targets for elimination. Imagine, how can Academician Prince Dr Philip Njemanze MD stay alive to say these things if Bill Gates was after his opponents by all means. I will recount one of many incidences of narrowly escaping death. I will tell my story for the reader to understand the daily threat to my life as an activist and what other activists are confronted with in Nigeria. I am the Chairman of the Global Prolife Alliance (GPA), African Anti-abortion Coalition (AAAC), Association of Catholic Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (ACMPN Owerri, Imo State, Branch) and Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (AGPMPN, Imo State Branch): A group of six heavily armed policemen (nine of them stayed guarding all the perimeters and exits of my building), stormed my hospital, Chidicon Medical Center at No 1 MCC Road, Owerri, at about 4 p.m on 27/11/13 and aggressively queried the nurse and patients on admission on my where about. I had landed at the airport at Owerri by about 3 p.m. of the same day. I was in Lagos for a Television Program aired on Channels TV on 27/11/2013 (Sunrise Daily: Philip Njemanze Speaks on National Health Bill www.youtube.com) at about 8.45 AM, on Human Organ Trafficking. I unveiled the details of the International and national plot to create in Nigeria a ‘legalized’ Human Organ Trafficking Market and ‘legalized’ Human Ovarian Egg Market’, both embedded in the National Health Bill 2014, and provided for in the Maputo Protocol and in the domesticated version of the Gender and Equal Opportunity Law, Imo State Law No. 7, 2007, which is also now law in Ekiti State. Bill Gates has consistently funded all the abortion laws in Imo State and elsewhere in Nigeria through proxies. I explained the Plot Against Africa by the Biotechnology Companies in the likes of Monsanto, owned by Bill Gates along with other international agencies who have conspired to influence the passage into law of the National Health Bill (NHB) 2014 and Imo State Laws No. 7 and No. 12, that legalize human egg trafficking and organ trafficking. I explained how the legal framework is provided in Articles 51-58 of the NHB 2014, that allows human egg trafficking and organ trafficking from Nigeria, that could cause 10 million poor Nigerian women to die per year, from human egg trafficking complications of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (liver failure, kidney failure, cancers, infertility, infections). I also explained the desperate efforts by Imo Government to maintain Imo State Law No. 7, 2007 after they were forced by public pressure to repeal Imo State Law No. 12. This means that, to this day in Imo State, Abortion is legal all through 9 months of Pregnancy, Same-Sex Marriage is legal, there is a Ban of the Holy Bible and Holy Koran, Ban of Male only Catholic and Anglican Priesthood, Ban of Male-only Sultan, Eze, Emir, human egg trafficking is permitted etc. A similar law is now in Ekiti State. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation launched a counter TV Program on CNN profiling the foundation before the Nigerian viewer and the World just a few minutes later. At about 3 p.m as my phone went on landing in Owerri, my phone is constantly monitored, I was timed to arrive at my hospital by 3.30 pm. However, I would not arrive at my hospital until after 4.00 pm because of the intervention of Almighty God, Who caused me to take another route, arriving much later after the assassins departed. Actually, the policemen who were wearing mufti clothes on-top of their uniforms left because a nine year old girl on admission in the hospital identified the leader of the assassination squad as the ‘uncle who came with Governor Rochas Okorocha to give us N100 naira in school’, before the policemen and the people present at the reception hall. The latter indicates that, the policemen were from the governor’s personal cavalry. It took the intervention of our Eminent Archbishop to stop this assault for the meantime. A formal report was made to the Inspector General of Police and it has been placed under investigation. There have been kidnapping attempts, destruction of my property and seizure of landed property by Imo State government, almost in quick response to every attack on Bill Gates. I expect some severe retribution to follow the issuance of this letter. This is important because it indicates a close collaboration of Bill Gates with State governments in Nigeria. According to Financial Times, Bill Gates and Kofi Anan at the last minute of their departure to Nigeria for the World Economic Forum (WEF) pulled out. This was because of the release of GPA report on the Bill Gates funding of Boko Haram. Bill Gates started a panic sale of his shares at Microsoft to minimize his loses in the case of a sale off of Microsoft shares fearing the unknown. He also got his friends in Imo State to begin another wave of demolitions of my property at the New Medical Center Naze site in Owerri on 10th May, 2014 soon after the GPA Press release on the internet. The Imo State Government cites acquisition of the land by Governor Rochas Okorocha for his own private filing station. This is in contempt of the Owerri High Court process against Imo State Government still on-going due to prior trespassing into my property. We are constantly aware that, our lives are at stake in this struggle, so we put our trust only in God, while we remain sworn to accept even martyrdom should that happen rather than give up from exposing the truth that could Save Humanity! Comprehensive Dismantling of Bill Gates Structures as the Only Solution to Boko Haram in Nigeria and Al-Shabab in Kenya The revelation by the Global Prolife Alliance (GPA) that Bill Gates is a Sponsor of Boko Haram was a game-changer, because the concept that Boko Haram is just a militant group of Islamic insurgents is wrong. Rather, Boko Haram is an orchestrated civil war to overthrow the legitimately elected Federal Government of Nigeria through armed insurrection in connivance with politicians both in the legislative and executive arms of government. Even more alarming is that, the political opposition has as its main consultant David Axelrod of AKPD Chicago, USA, who is a political adviser to Bill Gates, and was the former Chief Campaign Manager of Barack Obama, the United States President. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has been promoting human egg trafficking in Nigeria by offering soft loans to fertility and abortion clinics. The Question arises, has the U.S Tax payer money given as tax-credit to Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (1.5 billion USD) for philanthropy been used to fund Boko Haram and Al-Shabab that, bomb, kill and kidnap school girls in Nigeria and Kenya, committing the worst terrorist atrocities on the African continent? The Congress of the United States of America is obligated to find out the facts under the laws of the United States. The close coordination of Bill Gates and some State governments in Nigeria would mean that there is a far-reaching influence of the Bill Gates’ Boko Haram among Nigerian State authorities and some Federal government officials. Hence, dislodging the militant group in the Northern battlefield would not abate the insecurity crisis but rather change the form to even an outright civil war. As far as Bill Gates has influence through the State Governments, he will use it to destabilize Nigeria. For example, Bill Gates’ strategic value for the Chibok kidnapping of the girls was that, such a kidnapping during the World Economic Forum would focus attention on Nigeria under the President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration in a bad light. The Global campaign headed by Western electronic media and social media (#BringBack the Girls) portrays Nigeria as a failed state with inept leadership and has the footprints of support from the Bill Gates’ media and internet empire. The Amnesty International is very much biased because they receive a handsome donation from Bill Gates, declared that it was the fault of the Nigerian government that the military did not react to an early warning. The real aim of the blame game at this critical point in time, when the search for the girls is paramount in the minds of every Nigerian and all of progressive humankind was to provoke widespread dissatisfaction with the Federal Government of Nigeria both at home and abroad. Their expectation was that, the blame by Amnesty International would provoke widespread demonstrations in Nigeria against their government. The campaign is of great value if it is in the right spirit and Nigerians have taken to use it to pray and fast for the girls’ release. It is our assertion that the slogan should read: #Bill Gates BringBack Our Girls. The offer by Western countries to help win the release of the girls if well meant is a good development. However, since they were quick to claim the glory of sighting the girls and buying the local press to spread rumors of their operations, we have to approach the issues cautiously. Regardless of who helps and their motives, the release of the girls is sacrosanct. It calls for tact and diplomacy to win the release of the girls. The Federal Government of Nigeria must understand that, there is a War against the Nigerian People by the biotechnology companies under the leadership of Bill Gates. All Nigerian persons and politicians acting in any ways to aid Bill Gates must be declared enemies of the Nigerian State and the national security laws on treason must be brought into full effect! All Bill Gates related organizations including the Global Fund must be shut down completely until the investigations are fully completed. A comprehensive approach needs to be taken to dismantle all Bill Gates related structures and programs in health, agriculture, information technology, telecommunication, education, legislature, state and federal government entities.
BILL GATES WILL INVADE EUROPE, RUSSIA AND CHINA, ULTIMATELY USA
The Western leaders of the G7 who are cooperating with Bill Gates on the Africa Project, did so, on the basis of racism. They have been myopic and lacking in vision of the dangers the Bill Gates program poses to their own countries. However surprising it is, the great price for Bill Gates strategy is not Africa rather it is Europe, Russia, China and ultimately the USA. Africa would provide the territory, governmental, economic and natural resources for him to turn into a Master of Nations. Armed with bacteriological warfare and nuclear capability developed by exploiting the natural uranium in Central Africa and Nigeria, he will turn into an individual World power with nuclear capability to face off with Europe for a conquest and march onto Russia and China. The work in Eastern Europe has been headed by a member of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation under the Soros’ International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), and his various Open Society institutes and foundations. The yield of the work has been productive, as we are witnessing in the Crisis in Ukraine. Unfortunately, Russian leaders as other progressive leaders elsewhere had under-estimated the level of penetration of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and their associates and their overall goals. Ukraine is strategic for acquisition of tactical nuclear weapon technology! According to Wall Street Journal, Bill Gates is already investing in the Generation IV nuclear plants through Terra Power. But developing a weaponized system would need clandestine operations with nuclear scientists that worked on Russian tactical nuclear weapons from Ukraine. The realization of the possibility of capture of Russian nuclear weapon stores by a hostile Ukrainian government was really the main motivation for President Putin of Russia to move to annex Crimea that hosts the Russian military base. This was initially misread as ‘Russian Nationalism’ by some Western leaders but after due analysis they understood the sensitivity and just played to the gallery for public purposes. The Russian Nationalism is only an unexpected resurgence that Moscow is rapidly struggling to make up answers for after securing their nuclear weapons stockpiles in Crimea.
New Europe in Africa after the Great Flood: However, do not expect a military invasion of Western Europe anytime soon. It would even be more devastating than that, the whole of Europe would be over-flooded by water from melting ice in the arctic from 20m to 5m thickness, to allow mining of the oil of the region, for which Bill Gates and Warren Buffet have acquired all the deep sea drilling companies of Canada to have absolute monopoly. The technology used to melt the ice is heavy particle accelerator supercollider that, releases heat which melts ice from the underground, located in the area around Svalbard, Norway, disguised as the ‘Seed Vault’. These heavy particle collisions cause tremors that usually are confused with mining of oil in that region of Norwegian archipelago. The reverberating underground electromagnetic waves set up standing resonant waves by the principle called the Tesla effect. These resonant waves are so powerful that, they propagate and become stronger to even move land tectonic plates along fault lines at sites far into the Pacific Ocean, causing tsunamis in Japan, and Far East Asia. The resulting rise in temperature is the so-called Global Warming that is causing floods all over Europe and America. Accelerating the melting of the ice would cause even a much earlier over-flooding. This is known to Western, Russian and Chinese leaders. This is why there is no agreement on what to do about Global Warming. This explains why the Russians deployed nuclear submarines to establish the Russian Arctic boundaries at the end-of the Lomonosov range of mountains in competition with Canada. The issue is still awaiting a UN ruling. Why then are they not revealing that the Arctic Ice is being melted to mine oil? Well, you guessed right, they all stand to gain and make a lot of MONEY, regardless of the fact that, Bill Gates and his cronies in Norway did the magic while fooling the world with the Climate Change tales. However, the losers are the African Nations who would be massacred to create an area to house the New Europe in the case of serious over- flooding. The European population who would have to be moved to Central Africa in the region between Chad, Central African Republic, South Sudan and Mali, would be under physical and ideological siege in the Bill Gates New Africa. Hence, Bill Gates and his private army have fomented problems in these African countries aiming to provoke a Rwandan type genocide carried out by their assassins and mercenaries operating under the mask of tribal and religious groups. Under this pretext, they intend to come in as UN peace-keepers to place the region under UN Security Council control. What would happen to Western businesses and innovation technology that is not Microsoft or any related Bill Gates’ investments? They would be stolen or wiped out! The Western technological progress and market competitiveness would end! Companies have to start all over again, in a world in which Bill Gates becomes the dominant force of ‘stagnant innovation’! Democracy would end! Freedom of information would end! Human rights would end! The eclipse of darkness will descend on our World! Places like North Korea, Iran, if they survive because of their nuclear weapon capability, would probably become the Safe Heaven for Free Conscience compared to a Bill Gates World, where: men will marry men; women will marry women; mothers will kill their unborn children; women will donate all their ovarian eggs from birth! There would be racial purity! The aged and sick will killed by euthanasia to cut healthcare costs in an advanced form of Obamacare! You can tell that, this apocalyptic view of the New Age World has all the antecedents we see today funded by Bill Gates, as a foreshadowing of what is to come. No wonder that, in the infamous CNN ads anchored by Christiana Amanpour, Bill Gates says ‘the World has never been better? But he failed to say for whom? If you are you are a skeptic, you are not alone, we all are too. We will be wrong if it has not been done before. It just got easier in our times. Hitler nearly succeeded at a high cost of 20 million people dead in the Second World War! He had no biological weapons, no media or internet empires, no biotechnological or nuclear capability for warfare! Now we have all these things and more plus the political will of a few powerful but short-sighted leaders! We hope that the GPA request for a U.S. Congressional investigation into Bill Gates funding of Boko Haram is granted in the face of the preliminary evidence on which these serious allegations were based. We are confident that Congress would find the request reasonable and agree to investigate and give Mr Gates the opportunity for a fair hearing. This may not be the case if Mr Gates is tried under the BWATA international treaty in other countries and the fallout of a diplomatic showdown between United States and the country in question may not be palatable. What we fear is that, if U.S. Congress refuses to go ahead with the trial, it would set a wrong precedence that will shield from prosecution almost every known terrorist and drug-dealer in the World in other countries, who might cite the U.S. Congress refusal to try an otherwise eminent U.S. citizen. The world order for dealing with terrorism would be under serious jeopardy, and the BWATA treaty and other extradition treaties would breakdown creating international anarchy. Therefore, we look forward to an open Congressional hearing on this matter, which will set the benchmark for transparent trial of other persons in all other countries, who were accomplices in these matters. Even though, we neither speak for the Governments nor the victims, it is most important to obtain justice for the many victims and their due compensation as a result of these hideous crimes committed against them.
