The Russian bear is not in hibernation! How Putin Is Progressing With Iran And Turkey's Help.

Putin can give a devilish smile since the western nations sanctions against both Russia and Iran have malfunctioned. Russia and Iran came up with a joint banking system. Putin grins because he has found large oil deposits in the Artic ocean region while cutting back some supplies of oil to Europe. Yes, there are some 4,000 Russian troops missing in his military operations against the Ukraine but both Iran and Turkey have cooperated in the economic development of strategic nations in the last 8 weeks.

  • Russia and Turkey have invested heavily into developing Ethiopia's railway lines.
